Purists will say, a Kek Lapis without spices taste nothing more than a rich butter cake.

Blended with 45% milk and free from alkalization process and artificial ingredients, the taste of terroir is present, unique tasting notes influenced by soil, water, and previously grown crops in the area. In Sg. Ruan chocolate, you get hints of blackcurrant, raisin, and almond. Hazelnut praline is piped onto the cake layers to add a nutty finishing.
